FLEX POLICIES

ARRIVALS

Due to the nature of our back to back classes, please arrive no more than five minutes before your class. 

Our cut off time for late arrivals is five minutes, anytime after this the teacher can refuse entry due to it being disruptive as well as going against health and safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We run on a twelve hour cancellation policy, if you cancel with less than twelve hours notice, this will result in a loss of class credit with no exceptions. Please ensure you cancel your spot via the booking system, we do not deal with cancellations or bookings via email. 

WAITLIST

Anytime a class is fully booked, you will have the option to join the waitlist. We often have lots of movement on bookings, so it's a great way to get a spot. 

When a space opens up, you will be emailed to accept, the spot is held for you to claim for 75 minutes. Please do remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer require the spot. This way someone else will be able to register.

GRIP SOCKS (Reformer only)

For the safety and hygiene for clients and teachers, grip socks are required for all reformer classes. If you do not have your own, you can purchase a pair at the studio for £12. Please note we do not take cash
