COMMUNITY MAT CLASSES IN HITHER GREEN

Affordable, community mat classes are held weekly at in Hither Green. Classes are kept small with a maximum of 12 to ensure class quality and that you receive feedback and corrections. I am a supervising teacher for Body Control Pilates, this means there will at times be pilates students in class observing and teaching two exercises as part of their course to qualify.

Classes run on a twelve hour cancellation policy.

Open level classes are catered for everyone. There will be multiple options for exercises, so you can really take this class how you feel with any options you prefer. There are lots of moment to rest and have a breather but you also get the option to really challenge yourself.

Please bring your own mat, small equipment is provided. 

We are in the main hall, accessed on St Swithun's Road from the back of the building. Enter through the black gates and it is the first door on your left. 

Booking closes fifteen minutes before class. The hall will open ten minutes prior to class and close five minutes after start time, to keep the hall warm in the colder months. Please note our clients later than five minutes will not be permitted in the class.
