COMMUNITY MAT CLASSES IN HITHER GREEN AND LEE

Affordable, community mat classes are held weekly at in Hither Green and Lee. Classes are kept small with a maximum of 12 to ensure class quality and that you receive feedback and corrections. I am a supervising teacher for Body Control Pilates, this means there will at times be pilates students in class observing and teaching two exercises as part of their course to qualify.

Classes run on a six hour cancellation policy. 

OPEN LEVEL MATWORK- MONDAYS 6.30PM

St Swithun's Church, Hither Green

Open level classes are catered for everyone. There will be multiple options for exercises, so you can really take this class how you feel with any options you prefer. There are lots of moment to rest and have a breather but you also get the option to really challenge yourself. 

DYNAMIC MATWORK- THURSDAYS 7PM

Spin & Workout, Lee

This is a faster paced class with less moment to 'take a break'. We flow through some more challenging matwork, however you are encouraged to alter the exercises to still work for you and how you are feeling on the day. Body autonomy is encouraged, especially in this class. We will still end with a juicy stretch & some restorative movement.

Please bring your own mat, small equipment is provided. 

We are in the main hall, accessed on St Swithun's Road from the back of the building. Enter through the black gates and it is the first door on your left. 

Booking closes fifteen minutes before class. The hall will open ten minutes prior to class and close five minutes after start time, to keep the hall warm in the colder months. Please note our clients later than five minutes will not be permitted in the class.

SPIN & WORKOUT

Spin & Workout, 386 Lee High Road, London, SE12 8RW.

All mats and equipment is provided at this location and is a smaller class at just 8 people. We will not permit anyone in class who is more than five minutes late.
